Delete your Tja Go account
You can delete your Tja Go account and the personal information linked to it at any time. This works the same for the Tja Go, Tja Go Rider and Tja Go Merchant apps.
Delete it in the app
- Open the app and sign in.
- Go to Profile (Tja Go and Tja Go Rider) or More (Tja Go Merchant).
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
No longer have the app?
Send us the phone number or email address of your account. We will check that the account is yours before we delete anything. You can also email privacy@tjago.me.
What happens next
- We delete or anonymise your account within 30 days: your name, phone number, email, saved addresses, photos and ID documents.
- Some records must be kept for as long as tax law requires: orders, payments, rider earnings and payouts. We keep them with your name removed wherever possible.
- If you have an order in progress or money is owed either way, we finish or settle that first.
- Deleting your account cannot be undone. You can always sign up again later with the same phone number.
