Your family does not need the app or a bank card. You follow the order in the app with push notifications, and the rider calls them when they arrive.
How sending food to Suriname will work

Pick a restaurant in Paramaribo and see the full menu with prices.
Add the recipient
Enter their name, phone number and a pin with a landmark, like "blue house opposite the church".
Pay by card
Pay from abroad with your card. The recipient pays nothing at the door.
Follow it from abroad
You follow the order in the app with push notifications, and the rider calls the recipient on arrival.
