How picking will work
- Your staff pick orders with their own picker login, or our shoppers pick on your floor. Your call.
- If an item is out of stock, the customer approves a swap in the app. There are no silent substitutions.
- Items sold by weight are priced on the final weight, so nobody overpays.

Send a spreadsheet export from your till, or let us build the list from shelf photos. Barcodes help but are optional.
Start with the lines that sell online, such as staples, drinks, household and baby supplies, and add more as you go.
Delivery options for grocery stores

Repeat baskets and orders from abroad
Customers will be able to schedule the same basket every week, which suits families and offices.
Relatives abroad will be able to choose the groceries from your store and pay by card, and your store is paid on your statement.
What you need
- A product list with prices, or shelf photos for us to work from.
- Someone to pick orders during opening hours, or space for our shoppers.
- Owner ID, business registration and the licences your store holds.

How do I load all my products?
You do not have to do it at once. Start with the lines that sell online and send a spreadsheet or shelf photos; we help build the catalogue.
Who picks the order?
Your staff, using a picker login on a phone, or our shoppers in your store. You decide.
What happens when an item is out of stock?
The picker marks it, the customer approves a replacement or a refund for that item, and only then is it swapped.
Can we deliver with our own van?
Yes. Choose "my own riders deliver" and your van takes the orders; you can switch to our riders when it is busy.
How are heavy baskets handled?
Large orders are matched to riders with cars, not motorbikes.
When are we paid?
The payment schedule and method are agreed with you. Each payout comes with a statement of every order, the commission and any cash your own drivers collected.
Can family abroad pay for groceries for someone here?
Yes. They choose the items from your store, pay by card, and the order is delivered to their family.
