Does Uber Eats deliver in Suriname?
No. As of 23 October 2026, Suriname is not on the Uber Eats list of countries, so the app cannot deliver to an address in Suriname. Its markets in the region include Brazil and Jamaica.
Uber's ride service does not list Suriname either. Tja Go, a new delivery app for Suriname, is coming soon to Suriname.
Just landed, or back home after years in the Netherlands, and opened Uber Eats out of habit? It will not find restaurants here. This page explains what Tja Go will offer people who are used to ordering that way, and what will be different in Suriname.

What is different in Suriname
You can pay cash on delivery at stores that accept it. The app only shows stores within 10 km of you that have a rider available nearby, and you follow the order with push notifications.
Tja Go is a separate company
Tja Go is an independent delivery service for Suriname. It is not Uber Eats and is not connected to Uber, so an Uber account, promo code or gift card cannot be used on Tja Go.
Family abroad who use Uber Eats
Uber Eats cannot deliver in Suriname, so relatives in the Netherlands cannot use it to send a meal home. With Tja Go they will be able to pay by card from abroad and have food delivered in Suriname.
